Web Site Maintenance Options

Dear Web Design offers several options for web site maintenance. We do not however, require a monthly fee for service. We have a certain amount of maintenance work included in the price of the original contract. We also offer a flat hourly rate, and we sell pre-paid maintenance hours. Please take a look at the options below to decide what is best for you

Option 1: Contract Maintenance

We include with every site we design free minor maintenance for as long as your site is under contract with us. Minor maintenance generally includes making small changes such as changing or adding links to external pages, changing small portions of text, and making small color changes. This does not, however, include changing all the colors of a site to make it look totally different, or replacing the majority of text on a page. When you want to make changes, we will let you know if it is covered under this maintenance before work begins.

Option 2: Bulk Hourly Bundles

For people who anticipate making lots of changes to the content of your site, we offer pre-paid hour bundles. These bundles are offered at a discounted hourly rate. Theses hours will cover ANY changes to your existing web site. The only thing not covered by hour bundles is the creation of new pages or content.

10 hour bundle $10/hr off	$650
25 hour bundle $15/hr off	$1500
50 hour bundle $25/hr off	$2500

Option 3: Pay As You Go

For people who will only need occasional work, or who just don't like the idea of pre-paying for service, we offer a competive hourly rate for all work. Our hourly rate is billed in real time. If what you want done only takes 12 minutes to complete, you will only be billed for 12 minutes of work.

Hourly Rate

$75 per hour

Work performed at the hourly rate pretty much includes anything you want to do. However, if you want to add a new feature or new pages, we will give you a quote for the work before we start.
